Tecnología de cazadores-recolectores subandinos: análisis funcional y organización tecnológica

Este artículo trata de la organización tecnológica de un grupo de cazadores-recolectores que habitaron los bosques tropicales de las montañas del sur de Colombia durante la última parte del Pleistoceno y la primera mitad del Holoceno: además, presenta los resultados de un análisis funcional de un grupo de 200 artefactos líticos derivados de ocupaciones pre-cerámicas de estos cazadores-recolectores. El grupo de artefactos en el que se basa este estudio fue excavado en La Elvira, un sitio abierto de varios períodos a 10 km al norte de Popayán.
